There’s something really delicious about hard shiny metal cuffs against soft flesh. Even if it’s just the cold steel pressing against warm skin and making your partner flinch, or the unforgiving edges of the shackles leaving their mark on them while you express your passion for each other cuffs are always exciting.
They take skill to use too. Not everyone wants to feel the intense discomfort that these bracelets can inflict, more often it’s the unremitting and unequivocal control they imply and are capable of exerting. Doing so requires a knowledge of your instruments of restraint and your partners needs.

I suppose the thing about ball gags is the loss of control but until you’ve used one you don’t realise just how controlling they are. They stop your partner from talking and change them to a grunting, subservient pet.
They prevent your partner from closing their mouth, which in itself removes another part of their free will. And more than that they cannot swallow properly and begin to drool.
Now you really do have control over them. Almost mute, drooling uncontrollably and with their jaw wide … hmmm.
They’ve submitted to this of their own free will and want you to … well, that’s for you to decide.
